Feng Shui Tax Design Features Checklist For Success

Posted on April 9, 2019 by bette

“Worried about an IRS audit? Avoid what’s called a red flag. That’s something the IRS always looks for. For example, say you have some money left in your bank account after paying taxes. That‘s a red flag.”
– Jay Leno

Not a subject we relish talking about nor like to admit we’ve come up against an obstacle, however you can take the sting out of the tax season and any trials that present themselves such as: asking for an extension, owing back taxes, overpaying and receiving a tax audit summons. You have an ally in “ Your House Is Talking” ”. Focus on success not stress. Review this newly revised Feng Shui Tax Design Features Checklist for design clues that speak to your situation. I have added six new items (plus two bankruptcy design details). Help yourself by assessing your home with my Feng Shui Tax Design Features Checklist before you mail your check to the IRS.

• If your bathroom is in the center of the house, you may be paying too much in land taxes.
• If you sleep with your head directly opposite the toilet or the sink in adjacent bathroom you could face a significant tax fiasco. If you live with either of these contact me, it is easy to rectify.
• Check your bathroom door, is it working properly? Is it squeaking or sticking? If so fix it immediately. April 15 is around the corner, take care of these details and feel confident that everything will go smoothly and you will pay the correct amount without any trouble.
• And remember if you sit at a round table to prepare your taxes, you won’t have the concentration for the details. You may make one mistake after another. Do the calculations at a rectangular desk.

These last details are not specific to the Feng Shui Tax Design Features Checklist and taxes however they create bad luck that can hang on making life miserable, difficult and dreading tax season.
• A building too close to the street or road may create multiple difficulties. Good fortune may leave you stranded.
• A path that narrows as it heads towards the street is an abrupt ending to one’s source of income.
• A straight path that ends in a slope to the street especially where you cannot see where it slopes to the street can indicate imminent failure and ignorance that failure is coming and great disappointment.
• Avoid sharp or prickly plants at the front door, for they may invite scoundrels and other difficult issues that agitate the entire family.
• A toilet over the front door will bring bad luck to the entire household and business.
• If the front door is a Contrary door (opening into a wall rather the the room) all inhabitants may work hard and not enjoy the results of their work. Life may become exhausting.

Facing bankruptcy?
• A split at the front door can create a difficult bankruptcy.
• A popular design treatment over the past fifteen years are pillars at the front door. When your home has pillars (they can be brick or plaster, wood or concrete) outside at the front door and especially if they are rectangular, it’s a detail that denotes a bankruptcy could be imminent.
