However, Buddha said, let me tell you what I lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of Old Age and Death.” Setting aside 15 minutes a day to meditate will cleanse you of your worries and shed your doubts. You will recognize what is true for you, have no doubt what your purpose is and life becomes easier.

You don’t have to be Buddha to do this.
